Pierre
Pierre Van Achter (Braine-l’Alleud, 1980) began his career as an attorney in 2005.
His practice focuses on all aspects of human resources law, both in providing advice and assisting clients in litigation. He is particularly specialized in the negotiation of employment and service contracts, individual and mass redundancies, restructurings and providing assistance to foreign companies looking to develop their business in Belgium.
Pierre obtained a Master of Law degree from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (2004 – magna cum laude). He also obtained a Master in employment law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2005) and a Certificate of Pension Law (UCL), 2016.
His working languages are French, Dutch and English.
Pierre gained experience in various law firms, such as at the international firm Linklaters from 2008 to 2013 and at the Belgian law firm Simont Braun from 2013 to 2020 where he was in charge of the employment department.
Pierre joined Reliance in October 2020.
