Lydia Ferreira (Kinshasa, 1987) began her career as an attorney in 2011.
Her practice focuses on all aspects of human resources law, both in providing advice and assisting clients in litigation.
Lydia obtained a Master of Law degree from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (2010 – cum laude).
Her working languages are French, Dutch and English.
From 2011 to 2015, she worked as an attorney in the Employment department of Bird and Bird, then of Van Olmen & Wynant. From 2015 to 2019, she developed her expertise as parliamentary attaché in charge of Social and Economic Affairs in the Federal Parliament.
She is also a member of the editorial committee of SocialWeb.
Lydia joined Reliance in August 2019.
