Arnout Roosen

Arnout Roosen (Sint-Truiden, 1994) has been an attorney since September 2018. He started his carreer at Reliance Littler.

Arnout obtained his Master's degree in Law from the University of Leuven (2017 - cum laude). He also obtained an additional Master's degree in social law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2018 - magna cum laude).

Arnout practices all aspects of human resources law. This is both in terms of providing advice and assisting clients in litigation. He developed an interest in employment in the public sector, the health sector and GDPR.

Arnout has been a member of Littler|Calling since 2022 - a group of 7 European Littler Associates to strengthen the connection between the various Littler Associates in Europe. In this context, Arnout is, among other things, responsible for organizing so-called "Open Mic" sessions which aim to inform the European Littler Associates of certain (legal) topics and teach them certain soft skills.
