Christine Rizzo (Hamburg, 1986) has been a lawyer since October 2010.

She practises all aspects of human resources law, focusing on the drafting and negotiation of employment, commercial agency and self-employed contracts, the management of individual employment relationships and their termination, harassment and discrimination issues, industrial accidents and litigation.

Christine holds a Master's degree in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2009). She also holds an LLM in European and International Law from Ghent University (2010 - magna cum laude). She completed an additional Master's degree in social law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2016-2018).

She gave several training courses in employment law and coordinated the conference and the book "La rémunération variable - Approche en droit du travail, droit de la sécurité sociale, droit fiscal et pratique des ressources humaines" (2020). She also participated in the drafting of the white paper "Droit social et COVID-19 : Analyse et questions pratiques" (2020).

Christine was also an active member of the Carrefour des Stagiaires du Barreau de Bruxelles from 2011 to 2013, director of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Bruxelles in 2018-2019 and first prize winner of the Adam & Eve eloquence competition organised by the Lausanne Bar in 2019.

Her working languages are French, Dutch, English and Italian.

From 2010 to 2017, she practised at Lvp Law Brussels and Meritius Brussels before joining Reliance Littler in March 2017.
