Stéphanie De Ridder (Brussels, 1980) has been an attorney since 2004.

Her practice focuses on all aspects of human resources law for companies (both Belgian and foreign), executives and directors. She specializes in particular in advising on negotiating employment and consultancy contracts, setting up competitive wage structures, international mobility issues (including immigration aspects), termination of collaboration, end-of-career issues, conflict management and litigation.

She also offers assistance in all matters relating to the social security of migrant workers and contacts with the authorities. She completed a training as Data Protection Officer (DPO) and offers services for all data protection issues (GDPR).

Stéphanie also publishes articles in various specialized journals focusing on labour and social security law. 

Stéphanie obtained a law diploma from the University of Louvain (2003 – magna cum laude). She also obtained a Specialized diploma in corporate law from the University of Ghent (2004 – GGS van het Bedrijfsrecht, optie Sociaal en Fiscaal Recht).

Her working languages are French, Dutch and English.

From 2004 to 2010, she worked as an attorney at the firm Claeys & Engels. From 2010 to 2011, she developed her expertise and hands-on knowledge as an expert legal advisor in the social law team of Belfius Bank. In 2011, she joined the firm Crabeels-Michaux that later merged with Reliance Littler in 2013. Since 2019, she contributes to the success of Reliance Littler as partner.
